The Octopus holiday apartment is located below the old, listed village of La Laupie on a 2-hectare property in the Drôme Provençale. It occupies a private, green area, separate from the two other holiday homes to ensure privacy and tranquility. It features cheerful, colorful decor and a large living room that opens onto a pergola-shaded terrace. The living room flows into the kitchen, which includes a lounge area and a Godin cast-iron wood-burning stove. There are two bedrooms: the "blue bedroom" with a 160 cm wide bed and a south-facing view, and the "yellow bedroom" upstairs, equipped with air conditioning, with two 90 cm wide beds and a 140 cm wide mattress in the alcove. The bathroom has a sink, bathtub, and mosaic shower. There is a separate toilet. A washing machine is available in the shared laundry room. A children's playground, surrounded by nature, features a trampoline with a safety net, swings, and a slide. Hiking trails start directly from the holiday home.
